1. Topic Description
We used “Japanese Rumba” in the class. The song was hugely popular among US military officers stationed in Tokyo during the war, as well as among Japanese. We examined the era background, the composer / lyricist, the contents of the verse when the song was made, it turned out that it was a song based on the cultural context of the time. It was a lecture that you can realize that you can see that we are deeply connected to the world when we dig into the music that we are familiar with and that we are familiar with.
2. Student impressions
· I thought that it was interesting that the song “Japanese rumba” was interpreted and sung variously depending on times and people’s expectations. I was really interested in the creation of songs and other things being made under various historical backgrounds. I thought it important to recei

1. Class Description
◎ What is the current threat (threats related to human security)
1. Nuclear threat
2. The threat of global terrorism
3. Unresolved conflicts and issues of organizational breach of humanitarian law (Syria, Afghanistan, Sudan, Israel, Palestine, etc.)
4. Climate change (global warming, natural disasters, depletion of oil → shift to clean energy)
5. Expansion of inequality (disparity)
6. Cyber security related threats
7. Movement of humans (Immigration and refugee problems)
2.Student Feedback
· I was able to deepen my understanding of the international situation in this lecture. I realized that a lot of tasks are linking closer, and I realized how international organizations respond to the problems the world faces and how to respond. I also thought that sustainability will be the main future theme.
· I was able to receive the lesson of the university professor I wanted to go most, so I was able to simulate in front of the university. On that basis, I realized that at university I have to see things deeper than my own point of view.

1. Class Description
① Human body and electricity
It was electricity that was only recognized by thunder and static electricity, but it was revealed that it was flowing through the living things from the observation of the frog’s dried leg. Research is progressing from there, and it is currently applied and used in various fields such as pacemaker, artificial retina, artificial vision, and cochlear implant.
② How AED works
The AED has a role of reading an electrocardiogram of a human and a role of defibrillation. In order to read the electrocardiogram, it is necessary to amplify weak electricity of about 1 / 1,000 V. For defibrillation, it is necessary to create a voltage as large as 2000 V by a condenser.
③ Future development of this research field
· Development of insulator electrode … It became possible to measure electrocardiogram even with clothes on
⇒ It is very useful when monitoring the heart of a newborn baby.
⇒ By developing electrodes that can be laid under the sheets, you can expect improvement of home medical care
⇒ Electrodes attached to the driver ‘s seat of automobiles, practical application of automatic driving comes to reality
⇒ If programmed so that the strength of the machine can be adjusted according to the measurement result of electrocardiogram, it can be applied to electric assisted bicycle or assist suit for nursing care
· Devices capable of measuring electrocardiogram in water are under development
2.Student Feedback
I did not have a very specific image on electronics, but I learned the relationship between humans and electricity, it turned out that I was deeply involved in electronics engineering and our health and life. Also, I was able to know the difference between science and engineering, and it was useful in thinking about the future.
There were many things I did not know about AED, but I could actually see and tell the mechanism to learn about it. I was also surprised that the doctor can cure the illnesses difficult to heal with the machine. I thought electronic electronics is widely used from everyday use to medical care, and it is useful for many things. Ueno’s research was also very interesting. I thought it was wonderful for babies and the elderly because we can measure heart rate even through insulation.

1. Class Description
We discussed how Moai came and how did people then bring the stone? Dr.Uchio addressed the student’s interests and questions such as location of Easter Island and the plan of how to move Moai. Secondly, Chile and Japan have great tsunamis and earthquakes. So we both have strong relationships , especially Minami Sanriku-chohas a strong connection with Easter Island. Finally, the class learned what Moai in modern times symbolizes. As a background of the collapse of the megalith civilization of Easter Island, Moai has two unconventional dilemmas: ethics concerning environmental destruction and ethics concerning exploitation and abuse.
2.Student Feedback
I first knew about Moai and Easter Island. I wondered why Moai was so famous in Japan. In Minamisanriku-cho it was meant that everyone thought about the town where Moai was used, but it was difficult to actually do. When I heard the last story, I felt that Moai had many things on my shoulder, and felt like wanting to support.

1. Class Description
⑴ Learn how to prevent sports disorders
Injuries (sports injuries) have trauma and disability. Why is prevention of injury important (from cases of Olympian athletes)?
What does an athletic trainer need to know?
⑵ Knowing the situation of injury occurrence
There are many injuries seen in school club activities. Comparison of the situation of injury and data to analyze what the problem really is. We learned how to grasp the characteristics and severity (high school girls tend to be more severely in knee ligament injury), occurrence situation (frequent occurrence at the time of game), comparative analysis of injuries movements and charts and charts of the US data and features .
⑶ Knowing the cause · mechanism of the injury
What kind of people are occurring and how they occur. → Inner person, landing without kneeling hip and knee when landing (knee bending force is weak), feeling is falling, functional deterioration of the whole muscles tends to cause injury.
⑷ Practicing injury prevention program
As the recurrence risk factor of the ankle sprain, there are history of varico-sprain, peroneal muscle reaction time, muscle function deterioration around the ankle joint, positional sensation deterioration of the ankle joint, postural stability / balance reduction, etc., muscle output and sensation · Practiced cooperative training.
2. Student impressions
I was able to learn a lot from Mr.Harada, an athlete trainer, the profession is what I want to be in the future. We also got a consultation on course. I was able to know that injuries can be prevented depending on care, I was able to know the prevention method of disability.

1. Class Description
As an Ice Breaker, students talked about “My Favorite Things”.
After that, Mr. Tobiya of seed A told about the opportunity for international cooperation. There are a lot of things that students can do. Check the posters on high school bulletin boards or try to meet people from different culture.
Next, Mr. Aso of our graduates and Ms. Inoue talked about “Moringa” which was the theme of SGH activities. I like to “eat” and he talked about various exciting encounters with activities that came to the super food of the Philippines, through activities.
Liko Otsuka, also a graduate, talked about the actual activities such as the process of going to the theme of “sex education” and making picture books in three languages: Japanese, English and Tagalog. Even after graduation, I was thinking about international cooperation with my classmates at the time including these three, and it was planned that I will soon be traveling to the Philippines. Finally, the students thought about their favorite things once again, thought about how they could be used for international cooperation and announced it. It was 90 minutes to get noticed that our familiar things could actually be used for international cooperation.
2.Student Feedback
・By researching the subjects of my own favorite, I will gain the willingness to do research deeply, going abroad as international cooperation and teaching local people a lot of things.
· I thought that it is very rewarding to do what you like to do to help people. I thought that it is wonderful and I also wanted to do something useful from something I like .
· I was able to know that international cooperation can be done in any form, and international cooperation felt close.
· I understood that international cooperation can be done from my favorite things and I have a goal.
