AEON 1% Club Foundation: The Japan and China Teenage Ambassador Friendship Program Has Started!
Junten has been chosen to be the participating school for The Teenage Ambassador Japan and China Friendship Program run by AEON 1% Foundation. The big events of the program is that students from China visit Japan in July and Japanese students visit China in October. Soon, students from China will visit Junten!
On July 12th, all the students meet at National Museum of Emerging Science and Innovation. Next day, 10 students from school in Beijing will visit Junten. They will attend the classes at Junten. Then from July 13 to 15, they will start a home-stay at Juten’s student’s houses. On the 15th, students from China and Junten students with their parents will have a farewell party at Hotel East 21 in Toyo-cho. On the 17th, the will visit the Prime Minister’s Office, attend the The Teenage Ambassador Japan and China Friendship Program 10th Anniversary Ceremony.
Today, July 7th, Juten is on the exam week. Despite the busy schedule, students at Junten had a TV interview about their participation on AEON 1% Club.

On the 15th, all the schools that participate in the program are required to exhibit their talents. Junten was going to show “Yosakoi” but another school has already chosen this. So Junten students decide to sing. The students are now discussing what song to sin, where to get the sound source and so on. They have come up with fun ideas such as dancing, playin the guitar, flute or clarinet.
