The Presentation about Moringa Coockies
On Friday April 7th, the SGH group that is researching about Moringa, gave a presentation about their ideas for making Moringa products.
The students have already made Moringa cookie and the cookie is a popular product at the Junten campus shop. Now they have come up with the idea of a Moringa sponge cake and other product ideas. They gave a presentation about the ideas to the product developing staff at a trading company, Itochu.
Mr.Fukumoto from Itochu has worked as a produce development specialist and he saw the presentation and gave good feeback to the students.
Ms.Kawamura from Uniquease who has helped Junten’s SGH projects and students also came to see the presentation.
There are still several challenges to make the Moringa product ideas into actual products, the students have received good feedbak so that they can improve the ideas and products.
