On Friday April 27th, there was a workshop to work on the ICnet’s “Business Ideas for 4 Billion People”.  Following last year, a number of Junten students attended the contest. Below is he repot from a 2nd Year Students, Ms.Masuda.

On April 27th, there was a workshop called “Business Ideas for 4 Billion People”. 　The topics this time were “Identifying Values” and “Think of The Methods to Deliver the Importance of Value”. 

In the “Identifying Values” part, we looked into our own dreams and thought about if the dreams have true values to ourselves. We worked to rephrase our dreams to communicate with people around us. Then we used a method called “personas” to identify the audience we would like to share the dreams with and the true value of the dreams. 

In the “Think of The Methods to Deliver the Importance of Value” part, we used photos that were nothing to do with out dreams, but we worked to identify the values of the images and shared our thoughts with the classmates. We jotted down the ideas that came to our mind that will help crate innovative ideas. 

“Business Plan” sounds very serious and difficult, but when we identify the audience and values of it, it came to us clear that what we need to share. I think that we were able to step forward with our dreams. 

After today, I think we would work on organizing our dreams and present them in the class again. We are hoping to share new ideas we developed with people and come up with the creative communication methods so that the audience can feel happy about out ideas.
