Musical Ambassadors from Taiwan : Dōngshān High School Visited Juten

On April 10th, a  group of 20 students and teachers from Dōngshān High School in Taiwan visited Junten. The students are the member the Chinese Orchestra at Dōngshān High School. 

Dōngshān High School is a private school, located in Taipei. Their  Chinese Orchestra is formed just recently but they have won several contests in Taiwan and China. The Chinese Orchestra came to play their music for Junten to the great friendship. Junten High School visits Dōngshān High School in Summer. 

The Chinese Orchestra arrived at Junten shortly after 4:00 PM. They played two music, then one more music to respond to an encore. 100 students gathered at JM Hall to enjoy the concert. 

After the concert, Dōngshān High School students and Junten students took a group photograph.

This summer, a group of Junten students will visit Dōngshān High School. The students made paper cranes with the students from Dōngshān High Schools. Cranes were spread on the map of Taiwan and Japan to make a bridge that connects two countries. 

Junten students showed how to make paper cranes.

Students put up cranes on the map. 

Finally, everyone gathered to take a group photo in front of the map.
