Junten Junior High School / Senior High School

Junten Senior High School has field-trips to visit different foreign countries but past few years the trips have been much more focused on academic activities. On Saturday October 14th, two 2nd Year students gave a presentation to share what they have learned and experienced through the field work they attended. 

There are 6 destinations in the field-trips and the purpose of the trips is for the students to find out their research themes. The field-trips are not the opportunity to sightsee, but it is an opportunity to receive academic training and gain academic knowledge. 

Sydney Group	Canada Group

2nd Year Students joined in each destination group. The 1st Year Students choose the group according to the destination they are hoping to go next year.

Taiwan	Thailand

The student’s presentations contained beautiful sceneries, interesting food and local culture. Some presentations focused on the research topics that the students worked on. Each destination group had an active Q&A session at the end and this helped 1st Year students to imagine what the trip may look like. 

New Zealand	Australia

It was very exciting to see how 1st Year Students gained knowledge about the field-trip and inspired by their mentors.
