On Saturday, June 10th, the 2nd Year Senior High School students had a final meeting prior to their summer trip departures.

While some students have traveled overseas with their families, they have to prepare everything on their own for this school trip. Depending on the destination, the rules, customs, and safety precautions each student has to learn varies. It is very important for the students to have prior knowledge about the local culture and to prepare for unavoidable events.

The Canada Team discussed their plans for a “Goodbye Party,” which is scheduled for the last day of the study abroad tour. The “Goodbye Party” will feature two dances and activities to introduce Japanese culture.

The New Zealand Team continued their group presentations.

Clear goals are the key to study abroad success. The trips are coming up very soon, so we hope all the students have a great time!
