2016 marks the third year of Junten SGH. On Tuesday May 24th, Junten held the 1st SGH Advisory Committee meeting in 2016. There are five Advisory Committee Members:

Dr.Yukinari Ikeda, Tokiwa University: College of Community Development, Department of Human Service, College of Community Development

Dr.Koji Mitsutani, Professor at K.I.T. Toranomon Graduate School

Ms.Jane Best OBE,  CEO of Refugees International Japan,

Ms.Machiko Okunaga, The Supporting Organization of JOCV

Mr.Akihito Tadokoro. Director of Asia Promotion. Tokyo Convention and  Visitors Bureau

The representatives of Junten SGH project updated members about the SGH activities and achievements of 2015 and shared the plan for the 2016 SGH project. There are three key points for the 2016 SGH project:

2. 1) The new 1st Year Students are all GLAP(Global Leaders’ Action Project) students and they get involved with Junten’s SGH

project from the beginig of the first semester.

1. 2) More details plans and approaches for the SGH product goals.
3. 3) Develop and implement fair and more accurate evaluation methods for SGH

Active discussions were exchanged, and Junten was able to receive positive and helpful advice from the members.
